What is the CWC? The Consultant’s Wholesale Club is a way for paper crafting professionals to buy the products they need and use to grow their business at drastically reduced prices.

Who can join the club? Any paper crafing professional including consultants, designers and workshop leaders.

How do you make a purchase? After registering and paying for membership you will have unlimited access the CWC online store.  We offer a myriad of products for you to browse to your heart's content.  Just add products to the shopping cart, like any other online store, and proceed to checkout.  We process our payments through Paypal, but you don't need a Paypal account.  You can use your credit card too! 

What about shipping? Because CWC is a small home-based business, we are unable to stock all of the products we offer.  Typically, once we recieve your closed order (order has been submitted and payment is confirmed) we then place an order through our supplier.  After receiving the products and varifying quality we will then ship your order out to you.  This process can take anywhere from 7-14 days (excluding backordered items).  For faster shipping time check for the "In Stock" label on the product pages.

We will notify of of confirmation of your received order and expected shipping date.  When we actually ship your order, you will receive a UPS Quantum Ship notification or a USPS shipment notification.

How much is shipping? Shipping rates are based on a percentage of your order total and several other factors. We ship USPS and UPS, and we will always ship to you the cheapest way possible. Please check out our detailed shipping policy for further information regarding shipping.

What if there is a problem with a product I purchase? We take great pride in only providing the best quality products but, in the event there is a problem, will do our best to correct them.  All products sold through the club are genuine name-brand items and carry a complete manufacturer’s warranty. 

Is there a fee for joining the club? Yes, there is a $25 per year membership fee which must be paid before you may access the store.

Am I required to make a certain amount of purchases? No. you can make as many or as few purchases as you’d like while your membership is active.
